Starting therapy can feel like a big step for both individuals and parents seeking support for their child. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, performance pressure, emotional challenges, or life transitions, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy, while also integrating mental performance strategies where helpful. This allows us to not only explore what’s going on beneath the surface, but also build practical tools to manage challenges, strengthen resilience, and move forward with confidence.

I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with concerns such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and performance-related pressures. I am particularly passionate about working with young people and athletes, helping them navigate confidence, expectations, and the mental demands of school, sport, and everyday life. I also support students and young professionals managing stress, transitions, and high expectations.

As a former national-level badminton player and lifelong student-athlete, I understand firsthand the pressures of competition, discipline, and balancing performance with well-being. I bring this perspective into my work to support clients in building both resilience and self-awareness. I also value staying active and stepping outside my comfort zone, which continues to shape my understanding of growth and mindset.

Having lived and studied across different countries, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive lens to my work. I am especially mindful of the experiences of immigrants and individuals navigating identity, transition, and belonging.

I see therapy as a space for both reflection and growth. Together, we can explore patterns, understand what may be holding you back, and build skills that support meaningful and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
