Confidence is a Journey
Confidence isn’t fixed, it evolves with you. In this lesson, Kim helps you explore how confidence changes across different areas of your life and why patience is essential in building it.
You’ll start uncovering the areas where confidence feels hardest to find, but don’t worry, this is where growth begins. How can simple, deliberate actions transform your self-belief? Take the first step and see what unfolds.
Your Interactive Activity: Confidence Journaling
Throughout the course, you'll be using the Confidence Journal we’ve provided to reflect on your progress. Each day (or week), take a few minutes to fill in the template with your thoughts and experiences. The journal includes prompts to guide your reflections, such as:
“On a scale of 1-10, how confident did I feel today?”
“What situations boosted my confidence today?”
“Were there any moments when I felt unsure? What triggered that feeling?”
As you journal regularly, you’ll start to notice patterns and insights that show what’s influencing your confidence—whether it's certain people, places, or tasks. This process will help you become more aware of your triggers and give you the clarity to take steps toward building stronger confidence.
Tip: At the end of each week, use your journal to set a small, achievable goal for the next week. This could be something like speaking up in a meeting or taking a small risk that will boost your confidence.
