I am a licensed psychologist with over 30 years experience offering individual and couples therapy in English and Spanish, creating a safe and thoughtful space where adults can explore what often goes unspoken. I support clients through anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, attention differences, relational challenges, performance pressures, and deeper existential questions or fears that can be difficult to share elsewhere.

My approach is psychoanalytic-informed, integrating tools such as the Core Conflictual Relationship Theme (CCRT) method to uncover recurring emotional and relational patterns. This depth-oriented perspective is complemented by evidence-informed strategies, guiding clients toward clarity, resilience, and sustainable growth.

I often draw on Lacanian principles, beginning therapy by examining how relational patterns and the expectations of others shape emotions, choices, and the way we see ourselves. The goal is to help clients move from living primarily in response to what others expect of them, to asking themselves what they truly desire, cultivating authenticity, self-understanding, and agency.

I work with both neurotypical and neurodivergent adults, including those diagnosed with ADHD, helping them navigate attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and relational dynamics while fostering self-acceptance and authentic performance.

In couples therapy, I help partners explore recurring conflicts, communication breakdowns, and the emotional nuances that can complicate relationships — particularly when neurodivergence is involved — transforming patterns into understanding and connection.

I also bring extensive experience supporting professionals and leaders through Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), addressing workplace stress, career transitions, performance pressures, and the demands of high-responsibility roles.

Therapy with me is collaborative, reflective, and explorative — a space to examine both the challenges you face and the deeper currents shaping your experience, cultivating emotional resilience, relational clarity, and performance aligned with your most authentic self.
