As a psychotherapist, I have always been passionate about supporting people to overcome obstacles in their lives and move toward more fulfilling ones. I bring a compassionate and insightful approach to therapy, and my style is integrative and client-centred, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioural strategies. I see therapy as a collaborative relationship where we explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours together, and I work from a systemic and trauma-informed lens so that sessions feel safe, supportive, and tailored to you.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Guelph. My training includes internships at the McGill Counselling and Psychoeducational Clinic and the Argyle Institute in Montreal, as well as post-graduate training in Sex and Couples Therapy at the University of Guelph. Before joining The Mental Game Clinic, I worked in private practice in the Toronto area, supporting individuals and couples through life's challenges.
I help clients gain insight into relationship and intimacy dynamics, manage anxiety and self-esteem challenges, strengthen communication and trust, address sexual and intimacy concerns in a safe and understanding space, and navigate life's transitions, including grief, stress, and burnout, with greater confidence. I especially enjoy working with leaders, executives, and high performers who want to strengthen their relationships, manage stress more effectively, and sustain performance without sacrificing their well-being.
Often people come to therapy with one struggle, only to discover that it stems from deeper psychological roadblocks, sometimes rooted in past experiences. Through introspective, emotion-focused, and cognitive-behavioural work, I help clients uncover these blocks and reframe them in ways that bring long-lasting change. I want you to feel heard, understood, and empowered from the very beginning. One thing I wish more people knew is that therapy isn't just for times of crisis. Like investing in professional development, it can be a proactive way to strengthen your mindset, relationships, and overall well-being.
What I love about working at The Mental Game Clinic is the collaboration among such a diverse and talented team. By combining clinical expertise with performance psychology, we create an environment where clients can heal and grow while also cultivating leadership presence, decision-making clarity, and sustainable performance in their personal and professional lives.
