I have endless passion for the therapeutic process and a deep belief in its ability to help people create meaningful, lasting change. I am fascinated by the brain and its power to both help and hinder us, and I work from a holistic perspective that considers the biological, psychological, spiritual, and social dimensions of how we think, feel, and perform.

I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor and am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. My experience in mental health is wide-ranging, including crisis intervention, palliative support, expressive arts therapies, trauma care, HIV support, and work with substance use challenges. I can help with anxiety, depression, low confidence, anger, grief and bereavement, interpersonal issues, trauma, stress, and mental health disorders.

I practice from a person-centred approach, with deep respect for your expertise in your own experience. With curiosity and compassion, I help you acknowledge your strengths, identify the challenges you are facing, and build the knowledge and skills to work through them. If you feel stuck or unsure, I can help with that too.

I particularly enjoy working with professionals, leaders, and high performers who want to strengthen emotional intelligence, sustain focus, and navigate demanding environments with greater ease. Even when you are high-functioning and successful, you can still feel stuck or disconnected. Therapy offers a space to reflect, recalibrate, and strengthen the skills that help you thrive, at work and in life.

I also work with athletes of all levels, from youth sport to elite competitors, integrating sport psychology with clinical care. Together we work on regulating emotions under pressure, performance anxiety and confidence, goal-setting and motivation, and recovering quickly from setbacks and mistakes, so mental skills carry over into consistent performance.

I work in consultation with Dr. Kim Foster Yardley, the founder of The Mental Game Clinic, and value being part of a team that combines clinical expertise with performance psychology. I look forward to working with you and helping you get to where you want to be.

Performance Interests: I have been active in the performing arts for most of my life. I sing, play the flute, and have sung and acted professionally for both stage and screen. I spent a few years as an improviser and later trained as a dancer, which I still enjoy today. I also played soccer for 17 years and still love to run. These experiences have shaped my appreciation for creativity, discipline, and perseverance, qualities I bring into my work with clients and the athletes and performers I support.
