In therapy with me, you have the opportunity to hit the pause button on life for a moment. During this time, it is all about you, your thoughts, struggles, and dreams. You will find a space where you can be fully accepted without judgment, just as you are. I see therapy not only as a way to move through crises, but as a proactive investment in growth. My focus is on listening to you with empathy, curiosity, and compassion, helping you uncover more about yourself and move toward what is meaningful to you, in both your personal and professional life.

My approach is personalized and collaborative. I encourage self-exploration and reflection, helping you gain deeper insights into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences so you can find the clarity and momentum needed to move forward. I draw from creativity, mindfulness, and evidence-based strategies, which lets me work flexibly with each person's goals, whether that is healing, developing resilience, or enhancing performance. I work in both English and French with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns, and I take pride in creating an inclusive space for people from all backgrounds.

I am especially enthusiastic about working with elite athletes, corporate executives, and professional artists. These individuals often perform in high-stakes environments, and I help them overcome mental blocks, address performance anxiety, manage stress under pressure, and develop the focus and confidence to sustain high performance while maintaining balance and well-being. Together we build a mindset that supports adaptability, emotional intelligence, and sustainable success, whether on the playing field, in the boardroom, or on the stage. It is incredibly rewarding to see clients reach significant milestones, from winning championships to delivering outstanding performances when it matters most.

One personal experience that profoundly influenced my practice was my involvement in community theatre. Acting on stage not only improved my ability to connect deeply with others but also accentuated the importance of creativity in personal development. This realization led me to integrate creative and mindfulness-based techniques into my sessions. By using creativity and mindfulness, we can find new opportunities and link the mind and body, which helps with emotional healing.

Performance Interests: When I am not working with clients, I love acting on stage, dancing, and writing. These hobbies keep my creativity alive and remind me of the joy that comes from following your passions, something I bring into my work in performance psychology. I also enjoy hiking to stay connected to nature. As an amateur stage actor and classically trained dancer, I understand the dedication and perseverance it takes to excel in these fields. I have also been working on my first novel for the past three years, so I know the discipline that long-term goals require.
